To guarantee same-day delivery, please place your order by 8:00am.
Orders placed after this time may still be delivered same-day, depending on availability.
- Free delivery for orders over $100
- A $15 delivery fee applies to orders under $100
Delivery Schedule
- Canberra: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Bungendore: Friday
- Surrounding areas (Goulburn, Yass, Boorowa, Braidwood, South Coast, Snowy Mountains): Freight arranged as needed (charges may apply)
Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date and only if the stock is in re-sellable condition
- A credit will be applied to your account for approved returns
- Returns made after 14 days or due to customer error will incur a 20% restocking fee
- Return shipping for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer
- If you receive incorrect or damaged stock, contact us immediately—we’ll replace it at no cost to you
